The first Training Room you unlock will reward you with a Physical Seed. The first action you will be required to do is "Talk With Father", which will unlock the various Training Room dungeons and additional actions. As you progress, certain actions and effects will allow you to increase this maximum / cap. At the beginning of the game, you will have a maximum of 20 Destiny point available. Available Destiny points are visible on the right side of the screen. Almost every action in the game (except fighting in dungeons) requires Destiny points to be done.
